WHAT DOES 13B ENGINE FOR SALE MEAN?

My question is, how does Pennzoil stack up with regards to excellent? Iv been functioning 10W-30W semi-artificial for a couple of years now and havnt experienced any difficulties but would love to know very well what you guys Consider. I could change to Royal Purple given that its easily offered here but would it not be an improvement?Got a fantast
